Chris Ayries is a STAR... I laugh, I cry, I am left feeling humble yet excited.  She is a STAR period.  I salute her and every single SONG she sang LIVE tonight is so memorable.  I was singing with her and I don't even know the words!!!!  THIS woman has got to be on major stages....

THAT was FLIPPIN AMAZING! (yes, I am shouting!!) Please consider my socks, officially rocked off! Last night I saw elements from all the truly great singers in my estimation - I heard everything in your voice from Lee Aaron to Sarah McLaughlin (sp?) to Streisand to name a few. I saw the showmanship of Cher tempered with the grounded, humble honesty that can only be you. Though I use the above mentioned to try to describe what I heard and saw, I know that your sound is so, completely, unique. Like a really fantastic dish where you know there is this wonderful spice and that delectable flavor, but all put together is unlike anything you have tasted before. I only wish I was a music critic so I could tell the world - you need to see Chris!! Also, Thank-you for being so fearless, so tenacious, and determined to follow your dream. You have inspired. You have shared an incredible gift and talent.

Thank you so much for the CD " Momentum". My sister, Brenda Boland ( Cassandra's Mom) sent it to me and cried on the phone when she told me about it. She knew your lyrics represented the range of feelings I've had this past year, and that your music would be uplifting. Brenda seems to know me best ( perhaps because she was a gift, literally arriving for my 7th birthday, and she continues to be an angelic gift 49 years later...). Thank you, Chris, for putting into your music not only what I have felt, but also what I needed to hear - that "Change is coming on"! I really do believe it, although it is hard to keep the faith at times... All the best with your career. I have never heard a voice like yours before- so pure of tone, and yet so earthy, gutsy and soulful at the same time. I'm sure you will do well. It is just a matter of time.
